FAQs

1 / Can we bring our own alcohol?

We are a fully licensed restaurant and have a wide range of wines, beers and cocktails available in store. However, we welcome guests to bring their own alcohol (wine only) for a corkage fee of $3.50 per person. Beers and spirits are not permitted. If you decide to bring your own beer, we charge $5/ bottle (this includes non alcoholic beer).

2 / Can you cater for parties?

Yes we provide for catering services. Please give our friendly staff a call to discuss a customised menu to cater for any party. We can cater for both on site and off site events.A deposit is required for large bookings.

3 / Where are you located and where can we park?

Lane 198 is located next to Vision Personal Training on Victoria Road. There is plenty of parking available in the carpark opposite the Gladesville RSL Club.

4 / What payment types do you accept?

We accept all payment types - cash and card (including AMEX). All cards including EFTPOS incur a 1.5% surcharge on the total bill.

5 / Do you charge a public holiday surcharge?

Yes, we charge a surcharge of 15% on the total bill.

6 / Are you open for lunch?

No, we are open for dinner only. Our trading hours are Tuesday to Sunday from 5PM till late. However, we can cater for large lunch bookings of 20 people or more.

7 / Can we bring our own cake?

Yes, you can bring your own cake. We will provide candles and plates. We charge a cakeage fee of $3 per person. 

8 / Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver! To place an order, call us on 9817 7188 or order directly on our website to avoid any delivery fees charged on other delivery partner platforms. 

9 / Do you offer any discounts?

We give a 10% discount on all takeaway pick up orders that are ordered directly through us (10% will be automatically applied on the website). (not to be used in conjunction with any other offer).

10 / Are you in the entertainment book?

Yes, we are. Please present your voucher in store and our friendly staff will apply this to your bill. Entertainment vouchers are to follow all entertainment book rules as outlined in T&Cs.

11 / What delivery platforms are you on?

We are on Ubereats. However we also have our own delivery service with free delivery (within the specified area). You can order directly on our website or feel free to give us a call. 

12 / Do you cater for coeliacs?

Most of our dishes can be made gluten free. All of our curries are gluten free (except for the Lychee Roast Duck Curry). Most of the stir fries, noodle and rice dishes can also be made gluten free. Please ask our friendly staff for more details on what can be ordered. An extra cost of $2 per dish is applied to those dishes that are not normally gluten free.

13 / Are you Halal certified?

No, we are not. That means that we also have pork on our menu!

14 / What if we have a nut allergy?

We can cater to those with nut allergies however we are a kitchen that handles peanuts. We have practises in place to avoid cross contamination but this is not 100% guaranteed. Please let our friendly staff know if you have any allergies.

15 / Is there a set menu?

All bookings of 15 or more guests must order from the banquet menu. Please ask our friendly staff to email you a copy of the banquet menu. We are very flexible with the menu items and can swap out items (of the same value). A deposit is required for large bookings.

16 / Are you kid friendly?

Yes, all kids are welcome! If you require a high chair, please book one in advance or make a note when you book as there is limited number available. However, we will try to accommodate as best we can.

17 / Can we bring our own food / drinks?

Outside food and drinks are not permitted at our venue.
